Plans for a DIY MFT or MultiFunction Table workbench - as seen on YouTube

This is a set of plans I made for the 10MinuteWorkshop MFT (MultiFunction Table) style workbench; I've made portable benches before, but this is resolutely a workshop fixture, with no consideration given to portability.

I made this bench from Birch ply and Fibracolour MDF, with provision for a full fence and guiderail hinge, but the bench can be built for a very reasonable price from a quarter-sheet of 12mm & 18mm MDF, using the simplest of tools but still with the scope to add in the bench hardware later - in fact I made one as a 'proof of concept' prototype, and I'd have no problem using that as my main bench.
