The 10MinuteWorkshop Loose Tenon Jig 3D is a simple flat-pack 3D printed router jig made specifically to put loose tenon mortices in the face and edges of 18mm thick boards to make simple carcasses - cabinets, wardrobes, shelves etc... 

Designed with 5x30mm loose tenons (Dominos) in mind, the jig will work with other sizes and material thicknesses, with the appropriate bits and plunge depths. The additional rows of 32mm spaced holes makes for easy shelf-pin holes, and the LTJ3D comes complete with machine screws for assembly and reference pins for easy alignment with the workpiece edge.

This new 2025 model has an optional mitre fence for loose tenons in bevelled / mitred joints which is unique in a loose tenon jig as far as I’m aware. I’m also reintroducing some features, and of course there’ll be printable files available in the ‘printables’ section of the store as well, for those who are into their 3D printing.  

You’ll need a plunge router with a 30mm guide bush (most router manufacturers supply a 30mm guide bush as an OEM part) and the jig is simply assembled with supplied machine screws which make it easy to knock-down for storage; it should be self-explanatory, but there is an user guide included with the jig, and also available as a free download here:-

The jig is available with or without the mitre fence.

The Starter Pack contains enough 5x30mm dominos to make a cabinet - and a few mistakes - and a 5mm solid carbide spiral upcut router bit in 1/4" shank. 

The Starter Pack Plus (SP Plus) includes everything in the Starter Pack and adds a shelf pin bit (4.76mm spiral upcut router bit in 1/4" shank) and a pair of short 5mm reference pins for moving the jig when extending the line of holes. If you prefer the 5mm drilling guide, just add "drilling guide" as a note with the order.

Please note also that the jig colours may fluctuate depending on the availability of filament - these are manufactured on demand and stock levels are hard to control sometimes.
